Our Leadership

I have a bachelor's degree in Birth-
Kindergarten education from Fayetteville State University. I have
extensive experience in the childcare field and have worked in the
childcare industry for 20 years. My previous experiences include being a
teacher’s assistant/teacher, front desk administrator of a learning center,
Assistant Director, and Director.

I am also a wife and mother of four children who makes it a
priority to see children and families thrive. I will take great pleasure in
making sure quality and loving care is given to each child here at Snyder
Learning Center.

My name is Motissala Murphy - Dumas. I am the Assistant Director of this wonderful learning center where I have had the pleasure of serving six years. I started out as the School-Age Coordinator.

I have over 26 years of experience working in childcare, and I spent 20 years in Cumberland County Schools. In addition, I have a Bachelor of Divinity degree which to me is one of my greatest accomplishments.
 
I am grateful to serve alongside such wonderful staff, to serve such wonderful children, and to serve the amazing families here.
